Campbell's Gymnastics Kidz Club*****

Ages 3 (by June 1 and must be potty trained) to 10 years

Looking for a few hours this summer to get some chores done, go to work or

just have some time for yourself and want your child to be having fun

in a safe & nurturing enviornment..........

Program will run Monday - Thursday for the weeks of July 6 - August 12, 2010

We will be having weekly themes, indoor and outdoor activities, arts & crafts & time in the gym

We will offer a Half Day program from 9am - 12 noon

a Full Day program from 9am - 3pm

Per Week Fees:

For the Half day: Half week (2days): $66.00

Full week (4 days): $126.00

For the Full day: Half week (2 days): $120.00

Full Week (4 days): $216.00

*****We will be required to have a physical form on hand for ALL camp attendees.

SUMMER GYMNASTICS CLASSES

Offered Monday - Thursday as follows:

July 6 - August 16, 2010

Classes start at 9:30am

Mondays: Ages 3 & 4 (45 minute class)

Tuesdays: Mommy & Me - Ages 1 & 2 (45 minute class)

Wednesdays: Ages 5 & 6 (1 hour class)

Thursdays: Ages 7 & up (1 hour class)

45 minute class: $90.00

1 hour class: $100.00

Pre-School Gymnastics Sept 2010 - June 2011

Enrollment is continuous, please call at any time to get on a waiting list or register for class.

SESSIONS & PRICING

1 hour classes: 62.50 per month

50 minute classes: 56.50 per month

Parent & Child classes: 49.50 per month

You must have a valid credit card on file. With credit card on file, registration fee plus first month’s payment are due upon registration. With no credit card on file, you pay registration fee plus 2 months in advance, with regular monthly payments to start in October. Monthly payments are averaged out from September to June, and account for any scheduled days off.

Thanksgiving Weekend: November 25 - 28, 2010

December 19, 2010 - January 2, 2011

Winter Break: February 21 - 26, 2011

Spring Break: April 18 - 23, 2011

Memorial Day: May 30, 2011

Membership Fees:

$10.00 per child

$20.00 per family

Families: 15% discount on class fees for 2nd, 3rd (etc) child!!!

**Payment is due on or before the first class of each month**
